Kirsten Perkins is amazing. We listed our Charlestown, NH home (obviously not the same hot real estate market as in Keene) on a Thursday and by Monday we had six offers. The Title Company for the buyer found errors in the Warranty Deed, but Kirsten calmly secured an attorney to correct the deed so that the sale went through with no problems. Then Kirsten patiently spent a year looking at good homes with us that didn't quite meet our preferences. We finally saw one that we fell in love with and we were able to close in 14 days from the date of showing. Kirsten is the best!!!
